Job Description
We're hiring a Purchasing Team Member to handle the sourcing and procurement of IT hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment. You'll support operations by ensuring timely, accurate purchases and building strong vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Process quotes into purchase orders
- Source and secure competitive vendor pricing
- Coordinate with sales, quoting, and receiving teams
- Resolve discrepancies promptly
- Handle RMA requests
- Maintain strong supplier partnerships
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree (Accounting/Business) OR 2+ years related experience
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused
- Excellent communication and follow-through
