Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time, materials used, and any recommendations for further service or repairs.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding the scope of work, findings, and recommendations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage your own schedule and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
- Provide necessary tools, equipment, and transportation to perform the required tasks.
- Adhere to Company administrative standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Valid Oregon and Washington State specialty electrical license for HVAC work. Additional city-specific licenses may be required depending on service areas.
- EPA Section 608 Certification for handling refrigerants or Universal.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, electrical systems, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
