Job Description
Summary
The Manager- Brand Styling will oversee the planning, execution, and appraisal of fashion content for Buckle content.
By setting creative styling standards and best-practices, the Teammate in this role will explore new ways of presenting our merchandise and brands; accenting the quality, details and special features through still and lifestyle photography and video. This position requires daily communication with the Creative Director, Men's and Women's Buying teams, and photography teammates to ensure brand standards, presentation standards, and fashion stories are appropriately delivered. The Manager- Brand Styling also serves as a project lead on custom and campaign projects.

Brand Styling and Campaign Strategy
- Recommend new and innovative presentation, propping and styling concepts.
- Assist Production manager in managing product inventory workflows for projects in the studio.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently on-set to ensure product is shot accurately and visual objectives are being met on all special projects and large-scale productions.
- Oversee styling crew on campaign shoots while partnering with producers, photographers, location scouts and creative leads to ensure shot list and efficient model flow between teams.
- Stay current with the design/fashion industry including global and consumer trends, assessing and communicating their potential impact to the business.
- Develop new and efficient processes for sample management and merchandise inventory.
- Oversee the building of outfits, prepping product, reviewing outfits on models during shoots, retagging of product.
- Analyze highlight list and partner with the Merchandising team to ensure product is well represented business initiatives in mind throughout the styling process.
- Review project concepts to ensure the callouts (brands, fits, etc.) have inventory and accurately reflect the business and Guest experience.
- Partner with the social media team to ensure accuracy of inventory and business objectives.
- Create product and visual standards in brand partnerships and review brand assets upon receipt.
Leadership and Development
- Hire, manage, and develop team of on and off figure brand stylists, developing team skills, assign projects, directing quality standards and providing feedback.
- Act as a lead for special projects and engage in one-to-one mentoring.
General
- Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job will oversee and directly manage all project stylists
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the Teammate regularly works in an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
