Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests to our establishment with a smile!
- Check IDs of all patrons and turn those away with questionable or false identification
- Keep an eye out for the general feel of your area, looking for tension or patrons who are overly intoxicated
- Always be polite when turning away customers who are intoxicated or who do not adhere to the dress code
- Communicate if arguments start between customers
- Avoiding long lines at the door by working efficiently
- Communicate professionally and effectively with management, patrons, co-workers, and law enforcement
- Assist with traffic flow, keep people moving
- TABC certification, or willing to obtain
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Works well with others
