Are you a natural leader with a passion for cleanliness and hospitality? Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor and help us deliver exceptional guest experiences every day!

What You’ll Do:

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our rooms and public spaces are spotless, our team is motivated, and our guests are happy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations

• Training, coaching, and supporting housekeeping staff

• Conducting room and public area inspections

• Assigning and monitoring daily tasks

• Managing Lost & Found and guest communications

• Promoting safety, sanitation, and security

• Assisting with scheduling and leading daily team huddles

• Operating laundry equipment and maintaining a clean work area

• Reporting maintenance issues and safety concerns

• Jumping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
   

What We’re Looking For:
 

Required Experience:

• Previous housekeeping experience

• Supervisory or management experience
   

Preferred Skills:

• Background in hospitality

• Leadership in housekeeping

• Basic computer skills

• Bilingual abilities a plus!
   

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, 25 lbs. regularly

• Frequent bending, squatting, walking, and standing
   

Other Requirements:

• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
