Job Description
One of California’s leading educational service providers, FLEX College Prep, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the company’s education programs and college counselling services. This position is a fully on-site, full-time position working a schedule from Tuesday through Friday 11 AM - 8 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The compensation range for this role is $22 - $25 an hour and is eligible for overtime pay.
What you’ll do:
- Assist the Operations Manager responding to client emails, phone calls and office visits
- Support the Sales Manager in social media marketing.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions to issues.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive positive customer experience.

Requirements
What we’re looking for:
● Bachelor’s degree required
● 1+ years office administrative experience
● Proven working knowledge of MS Office
● Strong social etiquette and customer service skills.
● Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to establish rapport and garner trust.
● Excellent time-management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
● Willing and Able to work On-site Tu - F 11 AM – 8 PM and Saturdays 8:30 AM – 5 PM
● Willing and Able to dress in professional attire
