Position: Executive Housekeeper
This full-time position offers a great opportunity to manage and grow your career in hotel housekeeping with a reputable Marriott brand. You’ll oversee daily housekeeping operations, train staff, and ensure our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Benefits included.
What You’ll Do: Executive Housekeeper Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure excellent cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas
- Monitor daily cleaning schedules and assign shifts, arranging coverage as needed
- Inspect rooms, hallways, stairwells, and lounge areas to maintain top hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Enforce hotel cleanliness policies, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Manage inventory and restock cleaning supplies including disinfectants, floor cleaners, bleach, and gloves
- Address guest complaints, special requests, and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Motivate and support your team to maintain high morale and productivity
- Participate hands-on in cleaning and large-scale maintenance projects when necessary
Qualifications: Executive Housekeeper Requirements
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager, Executive Housekeeper, or similar leadership role in housekeeping
- Experience in luxury or high-end hotel housekeeping preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, safety standards, and sanitation procedures for hotels or large facilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Professional attitude with a strong commitment to customer service
- Clean background check required
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift over 50 lbs during work shifts
