What You'll Do:
As our Email Marketing Specialist, your day will be packed with exciting challenges, including:
Building Automation Powerhouses: Design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge email automation workflows, from onboarding sequences to win-back and retention initiatives.
Optimizing for Impact: Dive deep into performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions) to continuously refine strategies and maximize engagement.
Crafting Targeted Experiences: Develop highly segmented email campaigns, nurture streams, and 1:1 lead nurturing programs that deliver personalized content.
Behavior-Driven Campaigns: Create automated emails that trigger based on specific consumer behaviors and milestones, ensuring timely and relevant communication.
Quality Control Champion: Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all assets are flawless, links are functional, and content adheres to our brand standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with sales, customer service, product development, and the broader marketing team to ensure email initiatives align with overall company objectives.
Marketo Maestro: Utilize your expertise in Marketo (or similar marketing automation platforms) to build, test, and maintain email data, smart lists, and cadence flows.
Reporting & Insights: Prepare insightful marketing reports by analyzing sales and marketing data, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring:
Experience That Matters: 2+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in creating sophisticated email and multi-channel nurture streams.
Automation Ace: Expert knowledge of marketing automation and email platforms (Marketo experience highly preferred).
A/B Testing Pro: Demonstrated experience with A/B testing to optimize conversion metrics for emails.
Multi-Channel Savvy: Familiarity with marketing across print, email, web, and audio/visual channels.
Communication Powerhouse: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to craft compelling content and collaborate effectively.
Tech-Savvy: High-level proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
Strategic & Tactical: The ability to drive both tactical execution and strategic planning for marketing initiatives.
