What You'll Do:
As a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technologist, you’ll play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients by conducting accurate lab testing across multiple disciplines. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Collecting and labeling patient specimens properly, including DOT-regulated urine drug screens and breath alcohol testing.

Verifying specimens, test orders, and patient identification with precision and accuracy.

Performing a wide range of diagnostic laboratory tests using established methodologies and procedures.

Maintaining lab instruments through regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting as needed.

Evaluating test results for accuracy and consistency using delta checks and other quality indicators.

Answering technical questions regarding test methodology, specificity, and sensitivity in a professional and timely manner.

Participating in the evaluation and implementation of new testing procedures, equipment, and protocols.
What You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related science.

ASCP certification (or equivalent) as a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist is strongly encouraged.

In-depth knowledge of laboratory theory, practice, and instrumentation.

Ability to think critically and work independently with minimal supervision.
