Receptionist/AR Clerk

Job Summary: The Receptionist/AR Clerk is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. This oftentimes includes performing administrative duties as needed which includes entering payments into our bookkeeping system for accurate records.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Answer phone and directs the caller to the correct department
• Communicates with callers and guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Enters payments into our system for accurate bookkeeping
• Sends monthly accounts receivable statements
• Resolves invoice questions
