This opportunity is a pure business-to-business sales producer role in the commercial insurance industry, focusing on Property & Casualty commercial lines.
Christensen Group Insurance is an independent insurance agency that takes a producer-centric approach. Where the typical insurance brokerage offers 40% commissions on new business and 30% (or less) on renewal business, Christensen boasts 40% commissions on new AND renewal business. In addition to their generous commission structure, they have an employee stock ownership plan that continues to grow at an extremely healthy rate.
They are expanding their presence in the Greater Austin Metro and are looking for experienced producers who:
1) know how to build a quality book of business,
2) are looking to provide exceptional service to their clients and
