Job Description
POSITION TITLE: Staffing Specialist
LOCATION: Cleveland, OH (On-Site)
HOURS: 5:00am to 2:00pm
COMPENSATION: $55,000 - $65,000 + Up to $500/mo bonus (Up to $6,000/year)
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Onsite Specialist to support one of our key clients in the Cleveland area. RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
Client Engagement & Program Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and contingent workers onsite
Educate managers on contingent workforce program policies and ensure compliance
Provide timely updates, insights, and reporting to client and internal stakeholders
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for open roles
Collaborate with hiring teams and staffing suppliers to drive recruitment performance
Evaluate candidate training results and readiness for manufacturing and production roles
Training & Workforce Development
Plan and deliver hands-on training sessions to incoming contingent workers
Monitor and assess training effectiveness and make improvements as needed
Maintain training documentation, SOPs, and compliance with safety procedures
Administrative & Operational Support
Manage payroll processing, audit timekeeping systems, and handle bonus/sick leave tracking
Maintain tracking tools and shared communication platforms (Excel, Google Suite)
Identify and solve operational challenges to support workforce success
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of account management experience (staffing industry experience a plus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you know how to build trust quickly
Experience recruiting, training, or supporting employees in a client-facing role
A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-moving environment
