Job Description

POSITION TITLE: Staffing Specialist

LOCATION: Cleveland, OH (On-Site)
HOURS: 5:00am to 2:00pm

COMPENSATION: $55,000 - $65,000 + Up to $500/mo bonus (Up to $6,000/year)

 

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Onsite Specialist to support one of our key clients in the Cleveland area. RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

Client Engagement & Program Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and contingent workers onsite

  • Educate managers on contingent workforce program policies and ensure compliance

  • Provide timely updates, insights, and reporting to client and internal stakeholders

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for open roles

  • Collaborate with hiring teams and staffing suppliers to drive recruitment performance

  • Evaluate candidate training results and readiness for manufacturing and production roles

Training & Workforce Development

  • Plan and deliver hands-on training sessions to incoming contingent workers

  • Monitor and assess training effectiveness and make improvements as needed

  • Maintain training documentation, SOPs, and compliance with safety procedures

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage payroll processing, audit timekeeping systems, and handle bonus/sick leave tracking

  • Maintain tracking tools and shared communication platforms (Excel, Google Suite)

  • Identify and solve operational challenges to support workforce success

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of account management experience (staffing industry experience a plus)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you know how to build trust quickly

  • Experience recruiting, training, or supporting employees in a client-facing role

  • A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-moving environment
