Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The Construction Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Monitor daily construction activities and ensure compliance with design plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Support procurement efforts by identifying and sourcing materials and subcontractors.
- Track project progress and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Manage change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittals.
- Conduct site inspections and participate in project meetings.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and resolve technical issues or delays.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Valid Driving License and pass a MVR check
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
Preferred Qualifications:
- EIT or PE certification.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience with LEED-certified projects.
Salary: $50,000
