Inside Sales Representative - Farmington, NM

Essential Functions

• Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders timely and precisely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control
• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training provided)
• Load and unload trucks and deliveries
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges using Epicor Prophet 21 ERP
• Research and resolve order/delivery issues professionally
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet customer needs
• Collaborate with the customer service representatives at other locations to cover vacations, illnesses, or any other temporary absences

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse operations or customer service experience preferred
• ERP experience (Epicor Prophet 21 preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Computer literate-comfortable with inventory/shipping systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Forklift certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain
