Job Summary:
A Graphic Designer plays a key role in both the development of Quantum assets along with the creation of branding assets for our clients. This position will have a unique opportunity to spend time on both internal design and client facing requests. Being able to manage two core objectives will be important in the balance of this role.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute design requests for Quantum's marketing efforts
Design, create and present new branding and assets for the Financial advisors we serve
Following brand standards/guidelines
Making changes to various types of existing collateral, including illustrations, charts, infographics, print advertisements, digital media, brochures, presentations and reports that can be translated across various media platforms, including print, digital, sales collateral and multimedia channels.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
3-5 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer or in a design related field
Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Experience with digital and print design
An already developed portfolio of work that can be shared and reviewed by our team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis
Solid organizational skills and detail oriented
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Strong eye for detail and able to follow directions
Bonus: Experience working with financial advisors and their branding
