Job Description
At Sentry Equipment & Sentry Equipment & Erectors, LLC, a subsidiary of ProMach's Systems business, we have a longstanding reputation in the industries we serve. We offer an extensive portfolio of conveyor equipment and related container handling machinery. We specialize in integrating packaging equipment and conveying systems into cost-effective and efficient plan designs.

As an ideal candidate you will ensure the successful fulfillment of aftermarket part requests, drives customer satisfaction, and supports company revenue goals through efficient order handling, proactive customer service, and strategic inventory management of parts.
Are you passionate about this work?
- Lead and manage the aftermarket parts team to meet department goals and customer expectations.
- Oversee all spare parts sales, including quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and shipping.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve aftermarket sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely, accurate, and professional support.
- Coordinate with inventory, shipping, and engineering to ensure parts availability and technical accuracy.
- Works in accordance with established safety policies

- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in aftermarket parts sales, customer service, or supply chain management.
- Previous leadership experience in a sales or logistics environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
