In these multiple commercial HVAC/R technician roles, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of heating and cooling systems and commercial refrigeration. You'll diagnose and repair a variety of equipment, from cooling towers and pumps to RTUs, split systems, and more. This role offers a variety of tasks, with occasional equipment replacements and installations to keep your skills sharp. Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls for repairs in commercial buildings
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in commercial HVAC equipment, including cooling towers, pumps, drives, RTUs, and split systems, refrigeration
- Perform repairs on existing equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operation
- Occasionally replace and install new HVAC/R equipment
- Maintain detailed service records
- Prioritize safety procedures and adhere to all company policies
- Experience working on Cooling Towers, Pumps, Electronic Controls, EMS, as well as commercial HVAC equipment to 25 tons
- Understanding 3 phase power and being able to work on cooling towers and supporting equipment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R service and repair with refrigeration
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC/R systems, including cooling towers, pumps, drives, RTUs, and split systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license
- EPA 608 certification (or willingness to obtain)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
