- Handle and transport equipment and materials to job sites
- Follow instructions from lead HVAC technicians and supervisors
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Previous experience in HVAC installation or a related field is preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced technicians
