We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist and Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our team at the top-rated Notre Dame Health Care Center Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients and helping them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and exercises
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy required (for OT position)

Salary Description

$26-$54.85/hour
