Licensed Physical Therapist – Washington State
Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year
Location: Tacoma, Washington
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions. You will design individualized treatment plans and work collaboratively with a team of experienced therapists and medical professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop custom treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions based on patient goals
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and wellness strategies
- Accurately document patient progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (required)
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Outpatient or orthopedic experience
- Familiarity with EMR systems
