Role and Responsibilities
Role & Responsibilities
- Administer group benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, HSA/FSA, and retirement plans
- Manage Executive Life Insurance benefits and related plan administration, documentation, and communication
- Coordinate and participate in Executive onboarding orientation, providing high-touch guidance on benefit offerings and enrollment processes
- Partner with HR Finance on benefits program/vendor budgeting, invoice tracking, and reconciliation
- Serve as a point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, resolving issues promptly with a high level of customer service
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and life event processing, including new hires, qualifying events, and open enrollment
- Maintain accurate employee benefits data in HRIS and vendor systems; process eligibility updates and audits
- Assist in the development and distribution of benefits communications and resources to enhance employee understanding and engagement
- Manage Tuition Reimbursement Process
- Manage Student Loan Repayment Process
- Partner with vendors and consultants to address escalations, track service delivery, and resolve administrative issues
- Assist in compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ERISA)
- Support wellness initiatives and Total Rewards projects, such as benchmarking, plan design analysis, and process improvement
- Maintain documentation and assist with internal and external audits as needed
