Job Summary The Compliance Specialist: Accurately processes monthly compliance review ensuring regulatory compliance.
Essential Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Process monthly and quarterly SOX compliance control testing.
- Assist with internal and external compliance audits.
- Maintain compliance records.
- Complete additional compliance related tasks as they arise

Education and/or Experience
Associates Degree or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge/Skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to work independently
- Ability to analyze and problem solve, working closely with others to coordinate and complete projects.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret regulatory statutes and regulations.
Computer Skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required with emphasis on Excel.
