Bakersfield Post Acute, a skilled nursing facility in Bakersfield, CA, is hiring a Full-Time Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our dedicated care team!
Position Summary:
As an RNA, you will work closely with our nursing and therapy teams to assist residents with restorative care programs aimed at maintaining or improving their physical function and quality of life.
Requirements:
Must have an active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
Prior experience in restorative nursing is a plus but not required-we will train the right candidate
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with range-of-motion exercises, ambulation, and other restorative programs
Accurately document services provided and resident progress
Collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to follow individualized care plans
Encourage resident independence and support their recovery goals
