Job Description

We are looking to add a Banquet Server to our team. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and therefore take great pride in selecting individuals that help us to achieve our company’s mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service and exude a passion for events
  • Ensures complete accuracy of banquet set-up per the BEO including tables, linen, glassware, cutlery, centerpieces, food and bar stations, and miscellaneous décor
  • Help set up breaks, buffets, drink stations, etc
  • Responsible for helping refresh meeting rooms for next day
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • Assist in breakdown of events including clearing and storing banquet tables, cleaning service stations, bringing used glassware and cutlery to the dishwasher, etc.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
  • Previous experience a plus
