Customer Service Representative
Are you somebody that can offer exceptional customer service to each customer you meet? Do you have an interest in the event marketing sector/Customer Service? Would you thrive in a fast-paced professional, target-driven environment?
Due to continued business growth, Edge is keen to recruit a Customer Service Representative to assist with new business sign-ups at our retail event spaces. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization & an established team within our Marketing events team as a CSR.

Requirements:
As there is no experience necessary for this role all that we ask is that candidates have the following - everything else we can (and will) train!

Responsibilities:
- Work with customer service representatives, sales associates, and the events team to generate sales leads at our events
- Providing excellent service to customers
- Face-to-face customer service and sales presentations at retail event sites
- Basic customer service, public relations, and promotional marketing conducted at our private site events
- Customer engagement, qualification, acquisition, and retention
- Learning and applying new sales and customer service techniques
- Expanding your comfort zone and making on-the-spot decisions
- Complete sales transactions as necessary
- Generate sales leads at our events
- Assist with the setting up of retail events
- Stay up to date on our client’s product knowledge through our paid in-house training
- Maintain updated records of training curricula and material
