Schedule: Full-Time
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00a-5:00p
- Fluidity on hours needed to meet deadlines
Compensation: 70-80k
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required by supervisory personnel.
- Experience in Multi- Family Property Management preferred.
- Analyze financial data and provide forecasting
- Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis (Return on Equity, Annual Growth, Cash Flow Projections) using key metrics such as pro formas, client Real Estate Ownership (REO) schedules, valuation schedules, financials, rent rolls,
- Perform complex administrative/analytical projects using Excel that require accounting/financial acuity.
- Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, to provide recommendations on future development or acquisition projects.
- Review all non-legal pertinent information about prospective
- Study a company’s financial data to give advice for guiding business investments and overall financial strategy.
- Efficiently executes the finance due diligence task
- Analyze and help support tax protests
- Proactive in anticipating needs and solving challenges before they become
- Represents the company in a professional manner when dealing with vendors and
- Effectively manage the details of highly confidential and critical
- Research and execute assorted, large projects from ideation to
