Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The Christ Fellowship Everywhere Coordinator is responsible for providing high-level leadership to Christ Fellowship Everywhere and its Dream Team. The person in this role must be process-oriented, while the forward-facing aspects of the role require excellent communication and interpersonal skills. With a heart for the online community and getting people connected into the life of the church, this person will manage the Connections processes and Dream Team for CF Everywhere.
JOB DUTIES:
- Receive and respond to communication directed to Christ Fellowship Everywhere from various sources such as ROCK, email, front-desk reception, etc.
- Recruit, train, and lead Dream Team volunteers to carry out the functions of CF Everywhere.
- Schedule online volunteer teams and track volunteer serving.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and follow-up process for online Journey classes.
- Compile analytics for reports.
- Assist with the online distribution of CF Everywhere content and streaming events.
- Coordinate ROCK administration for CFEv Groups & Classes.
- Provide assistance for CFEv broadcast service, including an understanding of streaming delivery equipment and processes.
EDUCATION:
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years of experience in ministry and leading volunteers.
