The Role:

  1. Work with the Lucid USA R&D team on design improvement for costs and production.

  2. Work with PCBA manufacturers and improve production process and production yield, and provide onsite support when needed.

  3. Work with the supply chain team on cost optimization and supplier qualification.

  4. Support the Lucid USA R&D team in testing needs.

Required:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience. At least a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • Electrical engineering technology development
  • Digital and analog circuit analysis and design
  • Familiar with the PCBA design and development, production, bug tracking
  • Power electronic design, development, and production experience
  • Good written and spoken skills in both English and Mandarin

Preferred:

  • Design experience of EV PCBA
  • Good foundation in electronics, circuit, and electromagnetic theory
  • Have actual mass production experience in automotive electronics
  • Experience with DFMEA, DOE, Six Sigma, TA, or other structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Characteristics of communication, coordination, patience, and attentiveness
