Job Description
Are you looking for a fun and exciting job working with people in a team-oriented environment? Are you interested in the hospitality field? Zermatt Utah Resort & Spa is seeking energetic, friendly people to assist as support team members. We are looking for someone who is looking to develop grow, and gain experience working in restaurants. Our support team goes the extra mile to satisfy our guests needs in the following positions:
Hosts:
- First and last impressions for our guests
- Maintaining our reservation list
- Seating guests and being friendly
- Taking to go orders (earning extra tips)
- Answering phones
- Performing necessary pre and post shift side work
Food Runners:
- Learning our menu and becoming familiar with all the food items we offer
- Delivering food accurately and informatively using our table and seat numbers
- Carrying trays
- Assisting servers, managers, and our chef team as requested
- Performing necessary pre and post shift side work
Bussers:
- Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables
- Assisting servers - refilling beverages, marking tables, serving bread
- Assisting food runners, managers, and our chef team as requested
- Performing necessary pre and post shift side work
Requirements:
- Be friendly, outgoing, willing to learn, guest oriented, and show a sense of urgency
- Have or be able to obtain a valid food handler permit
- Be able to manage multiple requests from guests and other team members
- Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods of time
- Flexible schedule and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

The Hotel functions seven days a week and 24-hours a day. All employees, both management and hourly, must realize, at times, it may be necessary to move an employee from their accustomed shift so support business demands.
Qualifications
Able to comfortably answer and return calls, Have or be able to obtain Valid food handlers permit.
