Job Description:

We are seeking a Sr. Finance Systems Manager to serve as a lead functional architect of our financial systems, with a focus across Accounting Center, Financial Accounting, FDM, Customer Accounts, and Banking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-scale implementation, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Solution Architecture, from a Functional perspective for Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Allocations, Close and Budgets. Knowledge and experience in Customer Accounts, Supplier Accounts and Banking is a plus.

  • Manage teams in identifying business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.

  • Advise, design, configure and customize the Workday Accounting Center platform to align with the organization's processes and requirements.

  • Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey project updates and recommendations.

  • Scope conversion requirements, execute data transformation activities, and support end-user validation activities from existing legacy systems or processes.

  • Participate in full-cycle and phase X implementation projects within the Workday FINS product suite.

  • Travel required up to 20%.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional financials experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Workday Financials modules, including Accounting Center, Customer Accounts, General Ledger, Banking and Settlement, and Procurement.

  • Certification in Workday Financials preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a "big picture" perspective.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience as an implementation partner and/or WD consultant a plus.

  • Practical Accounting / Finance experience a plus.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership

The base salary range for this position is $161,700-$205,000 annually. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
