Job Description:
The Adjunct Instructor of Microbiology is responsible for the development and instruction of course materials and/or labs relating to courses in the field of microbiology.
Job Responsibilities:
60%- Development and instruction of course materials and/or labs relating to courses in the field of microbiology
35%- Office hours
5%- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's in microbiology from a regionally accredited institution
Preferred Qualifications:
Ph.D. microbiology OR other terminal degree in microbiology from a regionally accredited institution
3 years of college level instruction in microbiology
Advanced Competencies in the following:
Ability to teach effectively
Ability to interact with others (verbal/ written)
Ability to adhere to university policies and meet deadlines
