Job Description
VCA SouthPaws is looking to add a hard-working and detail-oriented Medical Records Assistant to our team of veterinary professionals. We currently have a full-time opening with a schedule of Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm.
Our ideal candidate will:
Communicate effectively
Possess strong organizational skills
Pay close attention to detail

Manage time responsibly

Be reliable and dependable
What you’ll be doing:
Ensuring that medical records are organized
Scanning medical files and adding to patient profiles
Creating digital copies of paperwork and storing the records electronically
Transferring data into the facility’s main system database (WOOFware)
Implementing systems to increase efficiency throughout the hospital
Our starting salary is $20.00/hour.
Veterinary experience helpful, but not !
