Job Description

Position Summary – The AP Administrator is responsible for, but not limited to, timely payment to vendors, maintaining AP schedules, and monthly accruals for multi-location dealership.

  • Excel skills essential
  • Facilitate expeditious payment cycles by processing incoming email, forwarding to the appropriate approvers and providing follow up for all invoices due
  • Reconcile, resolve discrepancies, and approve vendor invoices against vendor statements within payment terms
  • Proper coding to location and department for 14 locations
  • Maintain AP schedules by verifying and posting account transactions
  • Validate vendor account tax forms to ensure compliance with federal and state laws
  • Communicate with management on expense detail
  • Protect organizations value by keeping all information confidential
  • Perform all other duties as requested by Management

Qualifications

  • ADVANCED Excel skills required
  • Nvoicepay/Corpay expertise a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Thrive in a collaborative, team player environment
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision
  • Dealership knowledge preferred
