Job Description
We’re looking for driven, entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as a Sales Benefit Representative. Just hustle, heart, and high reward. We work with thousands of workers unions in the United States and partner to support working-class families.
What You’ll Do:
- Help individuals and families find the right life insurance coverage to protect their financial future
- Build your own book of business through warm leads
- Provide personalized consultations and educate clients on available products
- Submit applications and assist clients post-sale
- Manage your time and schedule like a business owner — because you are one
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Comfortable with commission-based income (no base salary)
- Sales experience is helpful but not required — we provide training
