Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the Sr Game Artist is to Create 2D and 3D art assets for the collection of live online casino gaming products. This position is a foundational part of a rapidly growing team and plays a key role in the end-to-end product development process.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with Company and departmental policies, practices, and procedures. All Company Team Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. Team Members are required to observe the Company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Concepting and development and production of 2D and 3D assets, including game environments
Collaboration with designers, artists, developers and stakeholders to establish and refine the style and feel of the games
Participation and presentation in design reviews, team meetings, and brainstorming sessions
Optimization and preparation of source files for delivery to motion UX/UI teams.
Provide guidance, artistic direction, and mentorship to junior artists and contract artists.
Support in Producing prototypes for testing
Support in the development of marketing assets as needed.
Develop and maintain art production documentation.
Curating and cataloguing of asset library, and informing and curating the design system
Work with Art and Design leads to establish and educate technical best practices
Perform job duties in a safe manner.
Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 21 years of age.
Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
College degree or equivalent experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.
5+ years of experience as a Game Artist or alike, design or VFX studio
Strong communication skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts in a manner that is easy for non-technical collaborators
Excellent documentation skills
Experience with graphics software, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience in High Poly/Low Poly modelling, Texture Painting, and lighting knowledge in Blender software or equivalent.
Working experience with of game engines such as Unreal, Unity, or other ideal.
Great to Have
Experience with motion and effects software, including Adobe After Effects or equivalent
Experience producing assets or designs for casino gaming

Must be able to:
Physically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation.
Work remotely as necessary
Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, and dust.
Utilize laptop and standard keyboard to perform essential functions of the job.
