What You’ll Do:
- Provide skilled, compassionate care in the home setting
- Follow and contribute to the individualized plan of care
- Monitor, document, and report patient conditions using electronic charting
- Educate and support clients and families
- Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with your care team
What You’ll Need:
- Active LPN or RN license in Missouri or Compact State
- Availability for one or more of the following: days, evenings, overnights, weekends
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
