RV Delivery & Lot Specialist: Are you ready for a hands-on career in the RV industry where every day brings something new? Blue Compass RV is seeking a motivated and customer-focused RV Delivery & Lot Specialist to join our team! This role offers the perfect mix of maintaining RVs, assisting with lot operations, and providing a fun, educational experience for customers picking up their new RVs. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Detailing & Lot Attendant Responsibilities:
- Clean RVs inside and out, including vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and polishing.
- Wash windows, dust furniture, clean flooring, deep clean appliances, and apply stain guards as needed.
- Identify and report any necessary repairs.
- Operate a forklift to safely move trailers and organize the lot.
- Maintain a clean and organized lot, including sweeping and securing units.
- Check-in new units, assist with staging for service or pickup, and perform fuel/propane checks.
Demo Advisor Responsibilities:
- Assist customers during their RV pickup by providing a thorough and engaging walkthrough of their new RV.
- Educate customers on the safe and proper use of RV features and systems.
- Ensure RVs are fully prepped and cleaned before customer arrival.
- Walk customers through the Parts Store and assist with accessory purchases and coordination of installations.
- Communicate any customer concerns to the Prep Manager promptly.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience in detailing, dealership environment, or RV ownership preferred.
- Ability to operate a forklift and/or drive RVs (preferred but not required; training available).
- Customer service experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
