Business Development Officer - Santa Fe & Taos
Are you a natural networker who thrives on building relationships and making a difference in your community? Join Nusenda Credit Union as a Business Development Officer in Santa Fe and Taos to help grow our presence through strategic partnerships and community engagement.
What You'll Do:
- Build and grow relationships with local businesses and community organizations
- Identify and onboard new Select Employer Groups (SEGs)
- Represent the Credit Union at events, expos, and volunteer opportunities
- Deliver financial education seminars and promote our products and services
- Track outreach efforts and share insights to improve member experience
What You Bring:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Three to five years' experience in community outreach and business development
- Passion for helping others and making a local impact
- Confidence in public speaking and presenting
