Responsible for the planning and execution of day-to-day and period-end Treasury activities including managing the company's cash consolidation and cash flow forecast, identifying cost-saving opportunities, performing cash accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with company, department and audit standards to maximize the protection of the company's cash assets. Manages all banking needs, including treasury management and bank systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily cash flow and liquidity to ensure the organization meets its operational and strategic obligations.
  • Develop and maintain short-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Manage cash concentration, disbursements and investing strategies.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Negotiate banking agreements and manage banking fees.
  • Oversee bank account administration, including account openings, closings and signatory updates.
  • Effectively work with and support internal business partners including A/R, A/P, Legal, Tax, Legal and IT. Monitor and manage debt instruments, ensuring compliance with covenants.
  • Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities to optimize returns within the organization's risk tolerance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Prepare regular treasury reports, including cash position summaries, liquidity metrics, risk assessment and investment performance.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries related to treasury operations.
  • Manage and optimize the use of Treasury Management and Bank Systems
  • Collaborate with IT to implement automation tools and enhance system integrations.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities and implement treasury-related business process improvements,
  • Facilitates vendor payment through submission of vendor invoices to Oracle ERP.
  • Manage the corporate banking administration to ensure accounts are appropriately updated and banking issues are resolved for corporate functions
  • Collaborate with Leaders and Team Members on special assignments, as requested.
  • Supervisory responsibilities recruiting, developing, and retaining key talent planning; assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Other duties and projects assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related business field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years related Treasury, Finance, or Accounting experience and/or training with at least 3 of the years supervising staff
  • Knowledge of the principles of cash management in a corporate environment including banking and electronic transaction systems
  • Required skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skillset; understanding of financial modeling and data mining.
  • Knowledge of documentation writing and process flowchart creation.
  • Achieves high level, sustainable performance, and results; uses logic and insight to solve difficult problems and create effective solutions.
  • Effectively responds to change and is comfortable with ambiguity; manages conflicting priorities.
