What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with personal care: bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility

• Administer medications according to your certification and state guidelines

• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED (required)

• Valid Medication Management certification such as:
   – Medication Aide certificate from an accredited college, or
   – Med Manager Certification through the Iowa Assisted Living Association

• CNA or CMA experience (preferred)

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to senior care
