What You’ll Do:
Assist residents with personal care: bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility
Administer medications according to your certification and state guidelines
Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or GED (required)
Valid Medication Management certification such as:
– Medication Aide certificate from an accredited college, or
– Med Manager Certification through the Iowa Assisted Living AssociationCNA or CMA experience (preferred)
