- Offer: $ flat daily rate. Benefits included

- Shift details: Full time, four days a week. Office hours M-F -6
- Work Details: Multiple locations withiin DFW. Fill in/floater positions covering vacations
- Practice Setting: Office setting for one of the largest DSOs in the nation
- Requirements:Texas State license required. CPR, DEA license
- Contract type: W2
