Description:

Responsible for providing system administration and support to the staff and customers utilizing ControlTex Linen Management software and interfaced handheld technology, while adjusting and maintaining inventory levels to optimize system performance. Uses a variety of applications/software (i.e., PeopleSoft, Microsoft, Chrystal Reports, etc.). Specific responsibilities include, system troubleshooting and enhancement, report development, functional requirements, analysis, assigned project management, assist with systems implementation/upgrades, testing, documentation, staging product conversions, and overall customer support.

About The Job:

What we are looking for:

Education [formal]:

Associates of Arts degree or with a demonstrated competence normally obtained through a minimum of three years' experience in customer service setting or inventory management in providing direct support to staff/organization required.

Experience:

Must have demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.

Special Skills and Competencies:

Ability to exercise independent and analytical judgment to give and follow written and oral instructions and effectively record and reflect observations.

Ability to provide strong customer satisfaction are required to deal effectively with various levels of hospital personnel, outside customers, and vendors.

Ability to plan, organizes, direct and assign work for self and others.

Experience with remote inventory control/handheld devices and detailed data analysis.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
