POS Installations Representative

Responsibilities

• Review hardware installation requirements with our merchants.
• Setup and testing knowledge on assigned POS hardware and software, including peripherals.
• Familiarizing merchants, sales reps, and field technicians with our software package capabilities.
• Always ensuring the customer is provided the best experience possible.
• Email and phone correspondence with our customers, technicians, and sales force
• Acquiring a strong knowledge of POS software.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
• Friendly and enthusiastic personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of basic network infrastructure & terminology.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Resourceful and motivated to learn.
• Reasoning and problem solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical knowledge in an easy to understand manner.
• Not Required: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of customer service core principles and practices.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• 2+ years of computer technology experience preferred, Working or Educational.
• Experience working with POS equipment, registers, and touch screen devices is beneficial.
