Job Description
Our Louisville Distribution Hub is growing and we need talented individuals to join our team. If you are an experienced logistics or warehousing professional, we want YOU! Our warehouse culture is like no other, we provide hosted lunch once a week, and our Culture Club plans employee appreciation events year-round. We're looking for an Inventory Associate to join the team in our Louisville Distribution Hub. The Inventory Associate will ensure inventory is stocked properly; safely, and is in the correct location, labeled properly, etc. The individual will perform all related transactions into our systems to account for all equipment staging, receipt and transfer activities.
Responsibilities
Use bar code wands, laser scanning equipment, and some computer applications to read, store, query, route, and track dataEnsure product is used observing FIFO rulesPerform scheduled cycle counts and participate in or coordinate yearly physical inventoriesWork with the Quality Department to ensure damaged product is accurately captured and removed from inventoryPerform scheduled and unscheduled audits of production kits to ensure count integrityAssist operations manager in all reporting of metrics related to cycle count, prepare reports, and presentation to senior managementManage the min/max inventory levels between facilities according to product demandOperate a forklift and/or pallet jack when neededPerforms other duties as required to meet business needs

Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience required:
6 months or more of Warehouse Inventory experience, including knowledge of inventory managements systems
Skills required:
Demonstrated sense of accountability, problem resolution and be able to maintain a high level of integrity and honestyExcellent attendance/punctualityAbility to work overtime, as requiredAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to communicate effectively in both a written and oral form with a diversity of individuals in multiple functional areasAbility to work independently and as a member of a teamVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a fast-paced environmentAcute attention to detailTechnical aptitude including the ability to operate basic PC systemsSome experience with Microsoft Excel

Compensation:Compensation: $17.50/hrActual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. This position is not eligible for a variable pay component as part of the hiring range.While we're committed to providing top-tier solutions, we're just as committed to supporting our own team.
