Job Description
CENCO Claims is seeking a reliable and experienced Property Claims Adjuster to handle daily residential and commercial property claims in Bentonville, AR and nearby areas. This is a field-based position with steady claim volume, flexible scheduling, and strong support from our internal team.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site inspections to assess property damage

Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate software

Take clear photo documentation and provide thorough written reports

Communicate professionally with policyholders and carriers

Submit timely and accurate claim files
Requirements:

Proficiency in Xactimate

Solid knowledge of property damage and construction

Strong organizational and communication skills

Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Arkansas or designated home state adjuster license

Preferred: 2+ years of field experience in property claims adjusting
