Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Assist IT Department with all job responsibilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintain and routinely service all hardware and software.
· Provide technical support to fellow employees.
· Hardware, software and network installations and repair.
· Troubleshoot software, hardware and network problems.
· Inventory computer and network hardware/software.
· Provide daily maintenance of season pass, turnstile, scanners & P.O. S. equipment.
· Perform routine audits of all systems and all departments to investigate and repair any potential problems.
· Other duties assigned by management.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
· Must be available Monday-Sunday.
· Valid NYS driver’s license required.
· Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Other.
· Experience in the field of information systems.
· Supervisory experience preferred.
· Good communication skills required.
· Good telephone skills required.
· Must be able to bend, lift, carry and perform other duties involved in installing and checking hardware.
