The more you sell, the more you earn. With base pay plus performance bonuses, top managers can earn $160K+ annually. This is a high-volume shop with massive potential-and we're looking for someone who's ready to make it the best in our network.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Charge: Motivate, coach, and grow a team of skilled technicians.
• Drive Sales: Implement smart strategies to boost revenue and hit aggressive targets.
• Own the Experience: Deliver top-tier customer service that keeps people coming back.
• Run the Show: Oversee daily operations, streamline workflows, and keep things moving.
• Adapt & Execute: Take on additional duties as needed to keep the shop thriving.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Strong sales mindset with a hunger to exceed goals
• Passion for customer service and operational excellence
• 3 - 5 years of experience in automotive service management (preferred)
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and shop management tools (e.g., Tekmetric)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (may be required)
