Community Relationship Manager

At United Way Space Coast, we don't just raise funds, we build stronger communities. We're looking for a passionate and community-driven Community Relationship Manager to lead workplace giving campaigns and cultivate meaningful partnerships with local businesses. What you'll do

You'll be the face of United Way for workplace accounts raising funds through donations and payroll deductions to support community causes. Half your time will be spent in the office and half out on the road, meeting with local businesses, giving presentations, attending and speaking at events, and networking. Every day is going to look a little different, but you can expect the following:

• Manage and grow relationships with local companies year-round
• Plan and execute engaging workplace giving campaigns and events
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and major donors with the help of your manager
• Inspire community members through presentations and storytelling
• Track campaign performance through our CRM system and use insights to improve outcomes
• Represent United Way at events, meetings, and community functions

What you need to thrive in this role

• 2+ years' experience in fundraising, sales, account management, or nonprofit development
• The ability to connect, inspire, and build relationships
• A passion for supporting your local community
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills- you will need to be comfortable speaking about our mission in front of groups of people!
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office 365, data tools (like Excel), and campaign tracking
• Willingness to travel locally often and work occasional evenings/weekends to attend events
