About the Role
Are you curious about how HR operates in a fast-paced, tech-driven company? This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the inner workings of Human Resources and the broader tech industry. MediaRadar is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support key people operations initiatives while learning how an HR team functions in a modern, growing organization.
In this role, you'll focus on auditing and organizing employee records, supporting compliance and data retention practices, and helping to shape our internal DEI calendar. You'll work directly with the HR Business Partner and collaborate with other members of the People & Culture team on projects that drive operational excellence and employee engagement.
Internship Details
- Paid internship, 32 hours per week
- Hybrid role based in our NYC office two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
