Salary $65,000 - $70,000

In the role of Plant Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for maintenance activities at our facility, ensuring that equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant maintenance, particularly in the water or wastewater treatment sectors. You should possess excellent leadership skills and be adept at problem-solving, with a focus on safety and compliance. Your ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders will be crucial in driving the success of our maintenance operations.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant maintenance, preferably in water or wastewater treatment.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software.
- Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Certifications in maintenance management or engineering are advantageous.
